Welcome to Australian Jetski Wrecking (AJSW)
Online Purchase Process

At AJSW, we've streamlined the process to make it convenient for you to find and purchase the parts you need for your PWC/JetSki. Here's how it works:

 

1. Submit Your Enquiry: 

Contact us via phone or via the online Contact Us form, with the following details:

  • Your Name

  • Contact Information (Phone and/or Email)

  • Year, Make, and Model of your JetSki

(Please provide exact details, remember the last two numbers of your HIN is the year of your JetSki)

  • Description of the part you're seeking

  • Part Number and/or pictures of the required part

(You can share images of the broken part or provide sample pictures from the web helps to ensure we select the exact part you need).

2. Quality Check and Selection:

Our team at Australian Jetski Wrecking will carefully pick and quality-check the part you need.

We'll then send you an actual picture of the selected part you've requested so you know EXACTLY what you are buying (not just a stock photo).

3. Confirmation and Payment:

Once you've approved the selected part and the price, we'll need the following details:

  • Your Full Name and Postal Address (Including company name if applicable)

  • How you would like to receive your invoice, options are: Email or Text to your mobile phone number

  • An Invoice will be sent along with payment instructions. We accept Mastercard, Visacard, American Express, or Bank Deposit.

4. Dispatch and Delivery:

Upon payment, we are notified and automatically initiate the dispatch process. Here's what you can expect:

  • Goods are packed securely and ready for dispatch.

Note: 98% of our dispatched goods are sent via Australia Post, with 95% using Express Post.

Goods valued over AUD$500.00 are insured for added security.

5. Tracking and Updates:

Once the goods are lodged with the freight company, we'll provide you with tracking details. This allows you to monitor the delivery status and make necessary arrangements if required.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Australian Jetski Wrecking will not be held responsible for any special, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, damage, loss of profits or revenue, cost of purchased or replacement goods, or claims by the customer of the purchaser that may occur from the sale, installation, or use of these parts. All used parts are warranted for 30 days, except for those sold 'As Is', which have not been tested. Electrical items are neither returnable nor covered by warranty. Returns of any parts require prior written consent. Freight charges are not covered under the warranty.
